Housing blank: National standard NO 45# Steel and forging molding under the condition of high temperature of 1200ºC.
Ball Stud: Adopted the international standard 40CR steel material and automatic mirror treatment to ensure that the ball stud rotation operating normally.
Ball Race: Adopted imported US DuPont 500P materials to ensure its excellent abrasion resistance.
Boot: Imported neoprene to ensure of its oil and fire resistance, ozone resistance, acid and basic resistance, high or low temperature test (-40 ºC --120 ºC), high tensile strength and air tightness.
Grease: Specific grease to ensure of temperature test of high temperature 140 ºC and low temperature -40ºC.
